At KeraCare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair care journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
